Road to a new year.
2018 has been an intense year. First, we worked on the selection of photographs with the curator Benedetta Donato, preparing the book and publication. Then doing exhibitions, interviews, articles and events while still living everyday life and fulfilling the commitments which come with it.
After all, I am also one of the many Tsukiji workers I have photographed. All of us are. Relaxation from the year which has ended, holidays shared with important people, on the road toward a new year and new commitments.
My work with “TokyoTsukiji” has been a beautiful trip, thanks to meeting many new friends with whom I share a passion for photography. I am pleased to be able to share my work with them and see it through their eyes while discovering new points of view. I am sure that 2019 will be a year full of new encounters and discoveries. We are already working on this.
For whoever wishes to assist, we will be meeting in Bologna for a new exhibition from the 18th to 31st January and for the presentation on 31st January as well.
